5:17 PM 9/8/2004 How I get the cold water out of the pressure hose.

Image022.jpg About to clean a sculptured olefin Berber. Note the Standup Filtration and Grout Brush for the edges and corners.

Image023.jpg Here's one way to suck the cold water out of the solution hose. With the machine running, depress the wand trigger until the water comes hot. No mess this way. Then attach the vac hose to the wand, and start cleaning.

Partly cleaned. Not hard to tell where cleaned and where not. The tool marks are left by me partly to demonstrate to the customer- yes, it HAS been cleaned.
My customers prefer to see the wand marks rather than grooming them out.

Working my way out of the room, a fan in the doorway to help speed drying.

Finished with this room.

Details are important. This pic shows after applying Bi-O-Kleen products Spray and Wipe cleaner. Using the hands and knees brush to loosen the dirt along the wall, then vacuuming it up with a crevice tool. many times the success of the total job depends on attention to the fine details. That's also some of the many differences between a low priced cleaner and a high priced cleaner- it is in the details.

Nylon bonnet on the bottom, DirtGetter bonnet on top. This pic shows after using a nylon bonnet and a DirtGetter bonnet, in the same room how much more dirt is removed with the DGB.
The nylon bonnet dislodges and dissolves the soils, but does not absorb much into it. The DirtGetter bonnets are VERY absorbant, and remove more soil than the nylon ones, or thick cotton bonnets.

These 2 pics shows vacuuming up overspray at the hall doorway into the Main Entry Terrazo tile floor. With Wand Skis, there is no chance of damaging the Terrazo or scratching it, or marking it.
And using Bi-O-Kleen products Fiber-Glow Powder there is no chance of etching the Terrazo, marble or damaging any flooring material. Neither does the FGP remove wax or other protection on hard surfaces.

Shows entire hallway in above pics cleaned, Master bedroom not yet cleaned.
I am working my way out the bedroom door, which opens on the patio, towards my truck.

This pic shows one way to vacuum under a bed. The vac shown is an Electrolux Commercial. It lays down flat to about 4 inches high.
Most commercial vacs have long cords. This one has a 40 foot cord.
