Flocked fabric is a nylon fabric that appears to be like real velvet, but can be wet cleaned only- not solvent cleaned. Solvent will dissolve the glue that holds the pile to the backing material. 

Here I am using the truck mount and a PMF Dry Technology tool.


Clean all in 1 direction, then again at a 90 degree angle.

Groom with a brush, towel, or your hand.

 Cleaned half of the ottoman.<br>

Arm of matching chair, note scratches in fabric from dog's toenails. Not correctable. <BR>White area seen is backing fabric, which means complete removal of pile from wear, and dog's head lying on the arm.<BR>
