| Odors from any source can be eliminated or controlled by several means. Odors from cigarette, cigar or pipe smoking. Odors from mildew or mold. Odors from waste organic material such as urine, vomit, diarrhea. Problems with allergies from these sources are usually eliminated or controlled by the elimination or control of the sources. Control or elimination can be products such as BI-O-KLEEN's BAC-OUT Waste and Odor digester, BI-O-KLEEN's BI-O-STAT, or by an air purifier. Air purifiers generate small quantities of ozone, and also have a negative ion generator that makes the room air smell fresh and clean. Ozone breaks down odor causing sources, and the negative ion generator causes small particles to fall out of the air. For Guaranteed Odor Control, we examine the premises to determine what the problem is, where it is coming from, and what means is needed to eliminate it, or to control it. For example: continual cigarette smoking in a restaurant. Control is possible, but elimination is not. In a room below ground, constant mold, mildew, or a damp odor is controllable, but not eliminated. In a location where a pet urinates repeatedly on a carpet, it is controllable, but not eliminated as long as the pet continues to go there. At a veterinarian's, new odors and dander are generated every day. They cannot be eliminated, but can be controlled. Contact me for answers to specific problems. |
